Do your tours include hotel pickup?
Yes. Every tour starts and ends at your hotel or apartment in Salzburg, Vienna or Munich, included in the price.
Private or shared: which is right for us?
A private tour is your own car and driver for up to 8 guests at a fixed price, any day. From Salzburg you can also join a shared trip to Hallstatt for €149 per person: tell us your dates and we will try to form a group. It runs from 3 guests and is confirmed at least 48 hours ahead. Tours from Vienna and Munich are private.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers speak English and German. You can write to us in any of the six languages of this website.
When is the best time of year to visit Hallstatt?
Hallstatt is beautiful year-round. Late spring to early autumn brings warm lake days; winter adds quiet, snow-dusted magic. Hallstatt trips run all year; the Grossglockner road and the Werfen ice cave are open May to October only.
How do payment and cancellation work?
You pay in cash on the day. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your tour.
